These are the forms taught at the Praying Mantis Martial Arts Institute. The forms of the Seven Star Praying Mantis branch are of the Wong, Hon-Fun lineage and were passed down to Master Chuy by Grand Master Lai, Brendan, Grand Master Yuen, Man-Kai and Grand Master Soh, Siu-Ming. Forms from the Tai Chi Praying Mantis branch were taught to Master Chuy by the late Grandmaster Chiu, Chuk-Kai.
